NOCU offers more than the mere construction of a pattern. Our experience adds value to the final product. Starting from the data given by the client (CAD-3D, CAD-2D, existing parts or prototypes) our technical office carries out a study of viability and adaptation for foundry. We work with clients and foundries to detect problems and propose possible improvements to facilitate the production of each part.
Once the design of the part is finished, the production of the pattern is attacked. We employ the necessary methodology to guarantee quality and the demanded delivery term, with controls to verify the patterns both internally at NOCU and also with the client.
