  • Lead the Quality Management System and fulfill and enforce this policy among all the employees.
  • Provide the necessary resources, both financial and personnel, to achieve this Quality Policy.
  • Periodically review the operation of the Quality System as well as the Quality Policy itself.
  • Establish measurable goals with a fixed term.
